Here is how to get official tech support help...
1) Via Website: Visit http://www.atarisupport.com at the bottom of the page you will find links to available platforms. Click on your platform, and then choose your title from an alphabetical listing. You will now see the most commonly asked questions for a title and be able to find any patches or updates from this page.
2) Via Email: Each title has a unique email address. You must go to http://www.atarisupport.com and scroll to the bottom of the page. You can select your desired platform, and then on the next page scroll down the alphabetical listing to find your desired title. On the next page you will scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the graphic that says EMAIL. It will take you to a form that will allow us to get all of the details needed to help you with your issue.
3) Via Phone: Open up the manual that came with the title and flip to the back of the book. You will find a phone number listed to contact our Tech Support Staff.
