I know this might have been on here many man times before but I just want to give my point of veiw about it.
Not being Concept Viper, it would be the new one(becuase it is the same thing).
New Cities with the old ones as well
New cities: Atlanta, New York, Paris, and someother ones
New cars: Concept Mustang, other ones(i have no clue what to put in it)
New People: Of course you are Black and Clark will be coming back
The Final Four Races will be you vs. Clark. Him having the ConCept Mustang, and you haveing some other car(I am think it will be the 2004 Viper, but not sure yet.)
And in this game you can go out in garages and hold competitions to see who can join your team. So that it is not just Black raceing all the time.
More them 100 races in this one becuase we will have over six cities to go to.
More cars as well. So we can have more choices.
The cops have a better AI. They go after other people besides you. (I wish)
More or Less traffic?? I don't know about this one. They have pissed me off but they are just so fun when you hit them at full speed, and the cars go faster and farther then you.
Maybe just Maybe Online mode??? Just a thought.
And take away the Police thing. I never liked that, but if you guys did then we can leave it on.
Now these are all just thoughts. But I hope the people that made the game look at this.

Well I have been thinking about the cars that could be in it. And I have thought...how about Trucks?? It might fun to race around the cities in a truck. Rideing in my S-10 with about 400 horses under the hood. That would be fun.
Some more muscle cars. Like the Ford Mustang, in the 60's. Rideing around town in a black 1969 Ford Mustang would be sweet. Another Camero, and a Corvette. Ferrai, The Concept Mustang(that would be awsome) Porsche, Nissan 350Z, and somemore can't think of any now.
But with this game it will be like the last were you can do a new paint job to it but you can put stuff on it, make it street nice. Also with the online feature. You can trade cars with other people that have the game. Trade them, becuase they cars in one game may not be the same in another so you can trade for a new car from someone else. So that you can have some more cars and more fun. Also races online as well, that is a must. One on One, or races with 8 to 10 people. There could be a headset but I don;t think it would work that well.
The online needs to be on every system and PC. Plus like FFXI you can play people from each system and PC. So you are not just playing people that have the PS2 version but you will be faceing people that have the X-box and Gamecube, and PC.

Interesting ideas, but you go a bit too far towards the end, i.e. with online. Online between different platforms is pretty much impossible nowadays, at least for realtime simulations (MMORPGs and other glorified IRC services are quite different).
First there's the technical issue of the platorms being so different that it's impossible for them to run games identically: that's why Xbox and PS2 versions of games often feel different, e.g. with different handling, responsiveness, etc..
Second graphics quality: although the game may run identically if it looks different between different platforms then you'll hardly have a fair contest. PC gamers put up with it as they can always upgrade, but can you imagine what it would do for sales if the PS2 always beat the GC (or vice versa), or worse if the PS2 version had to be handicapped so GC players could compete.
But most important the variety of networking architectures. In partular Xbox live is a closed system, and the chance of MS opening it up is round about 0. The PS2, GC and PC are all also very different: PC net play has a strong LAN and dialup tradition, while the PS2 is broadband only.

I can see that. But the tradeing thing between people could work. I think. you could dl it the game itself, your saved file for the game, so you don't need the Hard Drive to dl the car to your console.

Keep the traffic! Its wonderful driving through an actually busy city. I agree that the cops need to at least make a token gesture in chasing after the other racers. Especially when they are the ones who slam into the cops first.
I like the other ideas, but maybe they can include a track/race editor or at least free roam.
As far as trucks are concerned this would be the best time to put them in: Lightning, SRT-10, SS, SSR, and some old school with a Syclone, Typhoon, and 454 SS.
Your ideas are great however! I did wish that along with the that classic Mustang, Camaros, and GTOs that they had put the modern version of the last year of the Camaro and Trans Am. Since they had the Cobra R representing future Mustangs.

I think it was a 2002 Chevy Camero SS is the last one that was ever made. But the Mustang Consept would be a great idea, and if you remember that Test Drive did have the Mustang Cobra in it, so that could stay in as well.
And it has to have drag strips as well. I loved those.

hey FTheMan i think your wrong because the first had so many wrong stuff in it like sometimes it would not let you go arcoss the finish line and they need better car because all the cars sucked in that game
That would be cool if they made the game more like the Burnout series but with the Test Drive racing. Like you would be racing and when you hit a car there would be these huge crashes. THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!!!:haha:

I think a sweet car would be a 69' Ford Mercury Cougar like of of GT2. And a nice Chevy S10.
Ther could aslo be a track creator or editor.
And if there was online capabilities for TD2, make sure it supports dial-up.

Why are they starting over again with the numbers? If they make too many more, it might get confusing (I have Test Drive 6).:weird:
