I am starting this thread in the hopes of getting some veteran players to make their development plans available to newer players and also for those who still don' t fully understand the innerworking of them.
I would really like to see Early, Mid-Game, and Late Game dev plans for each unmodified race and also some for modified races.
What do you all think?
I would post some of my Dev Plans, but I'm afraid that I fall into the "Don't fully understand the innerworkings" category.:D

I'd share...
But mine all fall into the category of "it gets the AI to do what I want it to do... I'm not going to try and figure anything further out" - aka, I found a couple of combos that do what I want, and I still haven't digged any further in.

Early game I use something like (tweaked Evon)
Primary Secondary Tertiary
ALL Manufacture Mine Research
Rich Mine Manuf Infrastruct
BioDiverse Farm Farm Infrastruct
Poor Research* Infrastruct Farm
LowBio Research* Infrastruct Mine
Manuf is first b/c you need to build DEAs, improvements, ships. Also Manuf generates money.
Mine is second - you'll need it to power your Manuf, and it generates more money than Bio b/c quantity.
Research - Without it you are doomed, the sooner you get mineral reduction, Astro University, Hydro Farms, Anti Pollution... The better.
A Rich planet with mines makes a TON of money. The Sum of ALL + Rich is like 2.4 bonus to Mines. This planet will crank out PP faster than your homeworld in a very short time.
BioD - So far there's NO FOOD in the plan - Green BioD is perfect for food - you might want to add a farm or two to your homeworld if no Green fertile worlds are in your home system.
Poor / LowBio - These worlds have no obvious means of income. Maybe you could build Farm/Mines respectively, You could use Manuf for money, but that takes people, something you probably lack early game. Trade is no good until you have SpacePort. Research doesn't make money. Neither do Rec or Mil or Gov, but you might build them here b/c nothing else is good.
Core, Secondary, Frontier is pretty worthless in the beginning, but then - I'm no DevWizard.
* - Research isn't a very good choice here - no money to run it, could switch Primary and Tertiary on these worlds and maybe get better results.
I end up just checking over my worlds every so often - tweaking, Especially poor / low bio worlds because they don't know what to do.
I've seen the AI build Farms on barren plains (0 output). Normally it's better than that.
