Need help- Enter the Matrix

I'm not sure if you guys handle problems with the console versions, but I'm asking anyway. I have PS2. When I play as Niobe and I'm on the level, "Catching A Plane" when I go down those two ladders and run towards the plane the game starts to load like it is going to load a sequence. I've read that it may be cheats that freeze the game but I took off all of the cheats and the screen still goes black. What should I do?

Sounds like your saved game is toast. I'd restart without using those cheats.

I was told that after I killed 20 guys in the first stage of Spark's Training Construct, I would be able to go through the other red door and fight unlimited SWAT guys in hand-to-hand combat. When I killed the 20 guys, no option for hand-to-hand combat training opened anywhere. Anybody know how to get there?
