When I try to install RTC it gives me an error message when copying files. it says, "Cannot copy Csg1: the system cannot read from the specified device." Maybe this happened to one of you people? Anyways, thanks for all the help.

Can you copy the disc to the hard drive..not install..just make a folder on your desktop and copy the all the files into it. If you can't then most likely something is wrong with the disc. (i.e.- scratches, smudged, warped, watermark)
