View Full Version : Geforce4 MX 440, any problems?

Hello,

I am planning to buy a Gforce 4 MX 440 so i can play Enter the Matrix (yes, i was stupid enough to thought that my 64MG card would work), and i would like to know if it will work with the game (i am buying that card just to play that game, and yes, to play future games with the same DirectX 9.0 problem). I know that this card is in the list of "accepted" cards, but you never know until you try it. Anyone with that card that can tell me if the game has work fine with their computer?. I have an Athlon 1G, Windows 98SE, 128MG of RAM. Thanks in advance for any help :),

I have a PNY GF4 mx 440 64mb.

Using the 4.14.3082 driver ATM.

No problems so far.

[Edit] That's in this machine. I also have a Chaintech GF4 TI4600 using the .4345's. Works great on that box too.

I have: Iwll kk400
xp 1600
128meg ddr 2700
GF 4 mx 440 64 meg ddr
20 gig hard drive

I have had no problems at all with it in any game have just bought and installed UT2003 ran with out any trouble at all.

hey dude

my brother has a 440 mx and plays matrix with no probs.

he also plays ut 2003 with me online, and it handles it no worries.

he has an athlon 1600 and 256 ram

he plays most of the latest games ,its a good card for the price,i used to have one and it was fine.

i wont tell you about the rig i just bought, it will make your mouth water
