It's not "the video card" but it is a video card among many that will work just fine with the game.

So any Gforce4 will work

Any Geforce will work .... The higher class Geforce the better performance you'll likely see...

As for ATI cards....
Only Radeon 8500 and above will work.....
I've heard of 7200/7500 working, but not without a lot of pain to make it work.
