Got to believe that there is a way to play against other people via the Internet - but I can't figure it out. Any FAQ's or other help?
Thanks

From the support page:
Instructions for setting up and connecting to multiplayer games can be found on pages 7-10 of your game manual. To set up a multiplayer game, one player on the network must first host the game, and then the other players must connect to it, using the Join function. Usually, to accomplish this, the remote players need to know the IP address of the host computer, which is shown to the host when he sets up the game.
In addition, the included GameSpy Arcade software can be used to set up multiplayer games. Please consult the GameSpy documentation as well as the game manual for more information on how to set up a multiplayer game using this software.
Be aware that while GameSpy Arcade is included with Scrabble Complete, the GameSpy Arcade software is a third party product, for which support may be obtained through their Web site, at www.gamespyarcade.com.
