Sorry about not posting to let you guys know whats going on with Nali Beef. It's been both heptic and depressing month. I've recovering from my foot surgery and I'm building maintenance, so I'm on my feet all day ( and alittle sore by the end of the day). On top of that I'm working overtime on some days.
And unfortunately I had a nephew die from a form of blood cancer ( he was only twenty) . :( His name was Cris and he was my brother inlaws stepson. He had been fighting it for two years and lost the battle last saturday night. The funeral was this past Thursday. As a father of three wonderful kids (18, 20 and 24 years old) I can feel some pain on how heart breaking it would be to lose a son or daughter. It is a jolt and brings into perspective whats really important in life. I'm going to try and have the server up and running this friday night .
I'm still having issues with my upload from road runner cable company. My upload has been bouncing around from a low of 50 up to 340. They claim it should be around 300, but it hasn't been steady, so when the upload bandwidth takes a drastic dip (down to as low as 50) everyone gets bumped from the server.

Thanks guys (and pretty lady) for you support), it's greatly appreciated.
Hey Tanj, hope you have alot of fun on your vacation. Remember sun screen lotion.
I'm going to have the nali beef server up and running this week but I'm going to be running with monster hunt 500 as requested from some of the local (or is that loco) players. I don't have enough room on my website to support monster hunt, or the maps, as a download. I got the maps off of a German ut site for monster hunt and monster arena. I wanted to be able to list monster hunt and monster arena as a choice on map vote (version 302), but I haven't been able to figure out how to do it. So, if anyone knows please let me know.
I've updated my server to UT 451. I guess there's been some dos based attacks on the advertised servers which effects the upload of the server. It sounds like the problem I've been experiencing on Nali Beef so, hopefully, this will help. Cya

I'm not familiar with monster hunt, but it almost sounds like a mod. If that's the case, you won't get it to work with mapvote.

Hey Flash,
I was looking over the instructions for map vote and it tells you how to do the settings for mods like tactical ops and first strike. So i figured that there must be a way to set up monster hunt too. I could be wrong, but I was wondering if anyonw has tryied it with any success.

It has instructions for those??? What part of the manual!? I was looking for a long time to have a selection for insta or NW and couldn't find anything! That's why I thought there was no support for mods.

I used map vote 302 and after I unzipped it I found the read me file manual in the folder. If you need it I can email it to you. It's pretty extensive and covers everything, but I still haven't figured out how to do monster hunt with it (I'll keep trying though).
