I have this game, bought it a month ago.
I installed, everything went fine with the installation, the movie was great:up::D
But once i get to the very first level, i see the character that i choose, and it automatically freezes!
My video card, S3 Savage 4 30MB has been updated, well i downloaded a patch to update it, but the computer said that the drivers i already have are better.
I mean, if something was wrong with my specs, wouldn't the game stop the installation and tell me? The furtherest i have gone in the game, is when Aline is talking to the other guy on the radio, and it freezes, graphics seem great;)
This has happened with another game that i have, Alice.
Help would be appreciated:)

The fact that you have had problems with playing Alice as well is a pretty clear indication that it's your system – almost certainly the graphics card's drivers – that is at fault.

Despite what the advice is, it is certainly worth trying installing earlier drivers if the latest ones don't work – more than one player has reported that newer drivers are buggy where older ones aren't. You certainly don't have anything to lose, as you can always reinstall the newer ones afterwards.

That's all you can do unfortunately – try to find as many driver versions as you can, and try them in turn. If none works then I'm afraid you're stuck, unless you fancy buying a new graphics card (even then there is no guarantee of course...).

Other things to look out for, which you've probably already checked but I'll mention just in case, is to make sure that you have the correct version of DirectX (8.0 or higher I think it is), and to ignore the installation option of running GL Setup (unless your graphics card is a very old one).
