Horizons Beta - DLed, installed...no CD key?

Folks,

To begin I was extremely excited when I got the 2 emails from Monica regarding Horizons. One was my acceptance letter, the other one regarding the missing beta testers and the two new shards being released etc.

Like a good testers I followed the instructions to the "T". Download the suggested FTP program, DLed the huge zip file, installed the client software as well registered it as a beta tester etc.

After all that was done I went to go create my new account, newp, needed a CD key. Reflecting back on the acceptance email I was to get my CD key from my beta test profile here on the site. I log in and BAMMM no CD key!

This being Friday night I did not expect any type of fast response so I sent the admin an email regarding my CD key.

Admins, please assign us lackies some CD keys at your nearest possible convenience.

P.S. I did notice that the application for creating a new account was bouncing in and out of service all weekend. :( Not that I could of created an account without my CD key....

I wish it was that easy. It appears that my account is still in a pending queue. Cut and paste straight form my betatest.net account here is the proof. =(

But yet I got my acceptance letter, username and password for the FTP server etc on Thursday night @ 630 pm est along with that additional email about the missing beta testers etc.

By looking at all the posts at various locations this is not a new issue and has happened before. I hope they can resolve this quickly so I can get in a start to test ASAP.

I have the exact same problem Truespeed. I just assumed it was because of that problem written about on the main page of betatests, but I thought that was supposed to be fixed by now :(

Do you by chance have two betatest.net accounts? If so, try the other one, it may be on there.

Bah this is the exact problem im having also!

Got the acceptance Email..downloaded Horizons...installed it...went to register and CD is no good...my account says its still pending but yet I have the game, just wait for them to what I guess is to update my account.

I can download Horizons... It has the little icon and everything on my List, Dosen't say i'm pending.. But i never Recieved and email...My Email is the same as my Unreal2XMP...

Dosen't say pending... but i never got accepted...Can download...but no cd-key. Whats up?

Forward you acceptance mail to the betatestadmin@atari.com and they can see what is going on with your account.

I recieved no Acceptance email, BUT I did e-mail the beta test admin, and i explained Basicly what i've put on here, Left my Account name, And i got a CD Key.

All is taken care of, Thank you for your help.
