With 3 rooms - one for red team, one for blue and one if you just want to chat / talk about the game / bugs etc.

Would it be a javabased chat program, or mIRC? Java programs can often cause a load in the server, making them bandwidth hogs. Also, this would require either extra staff or dedicated forum members who are trusted to moderate and look over this section, even if it's open or closed to only beta testers. A great idea though.
