Beta Tests

I would just like to know how you guys report back to Atari with the information on the games. Is it done via e-mail direct to the designers or what?

Forms, which submit the information directly to either a database or the QA staff.

Two ways.

1) Bugs are submitted via betatests.net to a holding database. At the end of the night a lead looks at the bugs to see if they are valid, clear and not duplicates of others.

If they they are good, then they are improted into a database the developers see so that they can be addressed.

2) ATARI Forums (coming soon)
These will be secure product specific forums where testers can post bugs they have found and discuss area's of the beta test with other testers.

This section will only be accessible to you if you are an approved beta tester.

3) Chat channel (coming soon)

This was a great Idea that you guys have been talking about. If it works out we will have a general section so that we can have live chats and product specific chats (password protected and for beta testers only) that we can also have live chats with the test team.
