Cd key yet no Download?

Hi i recently received a cd and acteptance mail for beta from atari but my account says pending and so as a result i cannot download the game. Why is this? Any help actepted with thanks.

This seems wierd. Contact, betatestadmin@atari.com. With your problem. Then it should get sorted out.

hi i just emailed, i want to test the game so its near perfect when i buy it. :( but i dosent work.

You should have your problems sorted out on Monday and then you will be able to test Horizons.

Although it has been on beta tests for a while I think it may still have a long time before the test is closed. So im sure you'll have plenty of time.
