Why does Tazoon take so long?

A week and still no beta access to it. How long does this take? Better still, why isn't the process automated? I have a lot of bugs, feedback and questions, but they're doing Artifact no good if I can't access the beta forums.

Bugs are reported on atari site, not tazoon. :)
