Horizons connection

That says what I want to ask, but incase you're too lazy I'll kind of rephrase it again.
I need to know the ports that Horizon uses to connect to the servers because I am behind a firewall/router and I need to forward the specific ports, whether tcp/udp I need to know what number and type to open them. Does anyone know them or know where I can find them? I wouldn't be posting this here, but the tazoon.com forums are down and this is really angering me. :(
