Once Upon a Knight Won't Launch

I cannot get Once Upon a Knight to launch. I have closed all
programs running and I have all the requirements to play the
game. The CD just churns around, but won't install the game.
Tips?

You got two descriptions, won't launch and won't install. Which one is the problem?

Can you post some info about your computer? Like the OS, Processor, RAM, Direct X version, video card and driver being used.

Won't install. The CD just churns sounds like a slow back and
forth motion. I'm not having any problems with any other game
on install.

256 meg RAM
16 meg video card
OS is ME
IGhz machine
40 GB HD
all drivers are update
DX 9.0
