New Orions...

I have tried to attack New Orions but no success:mad:
Can someone give me ahint how to beat their insane fleet?
Currently I have 3 Sdn armadas and some Titans. What kind of weaponry do you prefer?

Another thing... What things affects "production points"? Somethimes planet have Industry 1500 points and PP is only 2000.

It depends on your tech level; but I'd go in with 10 SD armadas (mix of DF, IF, and CV).

Each item in the build ques costs a certain number of production points. The number of production points a planet produces is based on the number of industry points and the number of AU spent on production. You get 1 PP per 1 AU up to 1x IPs; then 2 AU to get 1 PP up to 2x IPs, etc. Your production bars will turn from green (1:1), to yellow (2:1), to orange (3:1), to brown (4:1), to red (6:1), to deep red (8:1) as you increase spending on industry. Test tubes and research points work in a similar way.

And DONT FORGET, our HFoG (Heavy foot of government, can be found on the victory tab) myultiplies by a flat amount the cost to build ANYTHING.

Often overlooked, reducing it is kinda hard: Technology, Events, expanding your empire so that you have more population on more worlds then on lesser (generally, thats a rule of thumb).

Got those arrogant ba......ds finally. I had 10 armadas 3 titan 3 sdn and 4 bcr/bs. Insane amount of CV's. The space was swarming of fighters wich did most of the job. IF was useful too.
I didn't bother to try invading at this time, my first game I am going to win, maybe next game....
