Hi!
I just have noticed that I have severe problems playing UT with my new Inspiron8600 laptop.
CPU: 1,7 GHz Centrino
512MB RAM
GeForce FX 5650 GO 128 MB
Windows XP Prof.
DirectX9.0b
Graphics Driver: 44.82 (no newer is available from Dell)
The problem:
When running (e.g. CTF-Face) the speed differs from ultrafast unable to steer accordingly) to normal.
Timedemo always shows around 30.
When I´m participating in a LAN match, sometime I can´t move at all, because I seem to be stuck. After a few seconds I´m appearing at another position - the position I would be if not stuck.
Playing with Direct3d in every resolution brings no result.
OpenGL works with 200% GameSpeed.
Software rendering has same strange effects...
Has someone ideas???
