UT to fast on my server

When I play on my own server UT starts running to fast. My FPS is almost 200+ all the time! I have got Vsync on.

This problem doesn't appear when I am playing on an other server.

I also used the -cpuspeed = # command and that didn't work.

My specs:
P4 2.6ghz
512MB RAM
Ati Radeon 9600 Pro
Win XP

Well, yes!

But it turned out I only had to turn Vsync on in Windows. My ATI card made "Vsync Always Off" default.

I'm sorry:rolleyes:, I thought turning on Vsync in UT would be enough...
