Beta Acceptance Problem

I got my beta acceptance email with cd key. However I am having a problem when I get past login my Horizons game is still pending. I suppose I need to get past this to download the beta client. What gives has anyone else had this problem or no what to do?

I would suggest three things.
1) Clear your cache in IE by selecting Delete Files
2) Check the Horizons beta board to see if there is an alternate mirror
3) E-mail BTA with your problem.
