cannot access support.istaria.com

I'm having the hardest time accessing support.istaria.com
I've used multiple computers on differenet networks, cleared the cache on them and even lowered security. Anyone have any suggestions on how to access it? I'm locked out of my account and can't seem to login now =(

just double check your password... it should be the same for your login password... also make sure your browser is accepting cookies :)
