Does the agreement also disallow posting of screenshots on other boards/websites of games currently in beta? I.E, Horizons?

Unless given permission by Atari or Artifact I wouldn't do it. But, I'm not in the Horizons beta so I couldn't tell you for sure. I certainly wouldn't do it for the beta I am in...

Posting screen shots is against the NDA. The only time you should need to use a screen shot is to submit a bug report.
