There are some Cheats for the game, but if you are bored of playing singleplayer, then try a multiplayergame with us ;)

There are cheats only in the foreign language versions (relative to hungarian).

I just got a new computr so I'll have to buy an eathernet bridge
I found some codes online but I can't actiate them
dienodie: God mode
ghettoblaster:all ships
splasher: water background
shootem': all weapons
the problem is that every site that I visit says that you press the ~ key to activae andanother site said to +setconsole1 in th options (which I couldn't find)
so really the question is how do I activate them

I've got a great code: press Ctrl+Shift+Alt and enter "I can do this game without cheats", and your computer will freez! that's a good cheat, isn't it?

If he wants to cheat, let him.
It doesn't effect anyone else if he cheats on Single Player.
I tried a Multiplayer game with someone and within 5 minutes he had like 25+ Destroyers.
So i pretty much give up on MP.

People, what are we talking about? In IG1 there is no multiplayer mode and in ig2 there are no cheats. ;) :D

I tried IG2 MP once and all the other guy wanted to do was fight, but i swear he was cheating, since he had 20+ colonies in 10 minutes.
I like a game that is played properly, since alot of people just wanna conquer, i stick to Single Player.
Also, alot of people seem to have a problem finishing the Storyline before the whole universe is conquered....
So, why don't you just defend yourself and Colonize???
If they attack, slaughter them.
If they colonize a planet you wanna gonna colonize, take it.
I don't see the point in playing the Campaign and playing it like a Random Game. (Skirmish)

Then s/he must have had some kind of net code scripting. :D
And finishing before storyline ends is not always a player's fault. I myself couldn't finish the storyline. At least that's what I'm thinking, because the only enemy left out there in space surrendered to me, I couldn't do anything. They said they will join me and the game was over. No more enemies left.
