I got as far as great a char but when i click the button to create on i get an error? can any one help.:cry:

MILAN, 12th November 2003 – Game Network is proud to announce that the European Beta of Horizons will now be moved onto “Sapphire” one of our local based servers in Frankfurt, Germany. This re-location will improve the quality of service, giving European players a better access to the game.

Together with our technological partner, NTT Verio and Artifact-Entertainment we have been working hard to get the servers up and running in time for the European December 5th launch.

To gain access to these freshly installed servers you will need to create a new account following these simple instructions :

****** How Do I Create My Account? ******
You will need to visit https://horizons.eu.istaria.com, you need to click on the CREATE ACCOUNT link on the left. Please take a moment to read the instructions, then click on NEXT to advance to Step 1 of Account Creation.

*** Step 1 - Review the EULA ***
Please review the EULA, click on I Accept, then click NEXT.

*** Step 2 - Enter CD KEY ***
In Step 2 please enter your CD key. If you do not have your CD key written down or saved in an email, you can find it by:
- Logging in at www.betatests.net
- Clicking on “Edit My Profile”
- You will see your CD key listed at the top of your profile

If you do not remember your username and password for the www.betatests.net site, please:
- Go to www.betatests.net
- Click on “Login”
- Click on “Forgot Your Password” below the “Agree To NDA and Login” button
- Enter your email address that you were accepted to Horizons beta to
- Clicking on “Request Info” to have your information emailed to you
- Once your username and password have been sent to you, please return to www.betatests.net and login to review your CD key

*** Step 3 – Create User Information ***
In Step 3 please complete all fields in. Make sure to write down your secret question and secret answer for your account at https://horizons.eu.istaria.com. If you forget your password at some point, you will need to supply the selected secret question and secret answer to retrieve your account information for horizons.istaria.com.

*** Step 4 – Enter Contact Information ***
In Step 4 please complete all fields and click on NEXT.

*** Step 5 – Select Billing Method ***
In Step 5 please select Billing Cycle: BETA PARTICIPANT and then click NEXT.

*** Step 6 – Submit Account Information ***
Please click on Finish in Step 6 to complete account creation

****** Okay, Now What? ******
Now that you have completed account creation, you can login to the website, create a new character, and then enter the world of Istaria!

Please go to https://horizons.eu.istaria.com and login with your EMAIL ADDRESS as your username, and the password being the one selected during Account Creation.

Thx for the reply. I have done all those steps. The problem rises when i try to create the character. The load screen appears but it doesn´t log in the server.

At least thats what happens to me. I think is a matter of the servers down.
