im testing horizons and having a great time
but it seems that bugs i report to tech support are not getting me credit with Atari,
does that mean when i report a bug i have to report it twice?
who do we report bugs to??
i was told in game that all bugs for horizons are to be reported to horizon tech support, so after reporting 5 bugs and errors, i have no points...
so if you testing a game you better report it twice or you get nothing other then getting to test soem real cool games
i learned the hard way hope that helps someone out there out

Normally you report the bugs at support.istaria.com and also make a post on Tazoon beta boards...
If you don't have access to Tazoon beta boards, wait a few days till they updated your account there. (It took 5 days for me)

I also would like to know where to post bugs for horizons.
I am going to continue to use ATARI until I hear different, this has been a bit confusing. Also I tired to us the support.istaria.com site but I couldn't fiugre out how to send bugs (is there an email I suppose to send it to?). I also post them on Horizons Offical Beta Boards.

The system is useless. I reported a bug months ago, and it has still not be acknowledged.

All 11 or 12 cases I created on the support site during the last 2 weeks are closed - so they are working on it and it is NOT useless.
Reopened cases also got attention.
Maybe you were unlucky - try and submit it again.

Does it mention it under known bugs, however? For example, the one I found has been corrected by users by simply editing files. But, it's not listed on the site, and the only way you'd be able to correct it to play the game is visit the beta boards, then search back two months. It seems the staff pay far more attention the beta boards then the actual betatests.net system.

In the case of Horizons, Artifact uses a different database from Atari for their bugs, so the bugs have to be exported. Thus no feedback is generated on them. I know it's kind of disappointing to not see them as acknowledged on your "repotr bugs" page, but rest assurred that they are being addressed.

However, I am testing Unreal 2 XMP. Which makes it seem like neither are using the system.
