View Full Version : What Atari Support UK have to say about T3:WotM

I just contacted Atari Support UK about the problem with T3 (Invalid CD-Key error), and they told me that they're having the same problem. They have contacted their counterparts in the US, but haven't heard anything yet, but they are pretty certain that the problem is arising because of the fact that the Master Servers aren't online in the US yet. Since the game is released tomorrow in the US, they think that it should be resolved today or tomorrow since the Master Servers will be in place by then.

So, give them a day or two to see what happens. They were very helpful though, and even offered to contact the store I got the game from to instruct them to give me a refund.

So, my advice to you is to wait another 48 hours, and then if the situation hasn't improved, consider returning the game.

Well i`ll give them till the end of the week...... this game is the same as Battlefield as far as I can see...... looks good in Multiplayer, but the single player game is a pile of sh*t

Ok just got an email from someone who read my last post.

Hey,

First at all i have to introduce me :)
Iam one of the T3 Players which have all the same problem with the Game! No
online Matches no servers!

But i got a answer from Atari!
Here is the Original Answer....

...The dealer has the Game unfortunately too early in the sales. Starting
from that 4.12.2003 - which official release date - all the functions will
work.

It would be great if you do a Thread in the Atari Community Board so all
Players can look forward on this Game :o)
I cant Thread it, cause they wont recognize my Email adress =)

Oh... nice to see that the UK support team is better than the german team.
A women from the german Atari support told me to go back to the shop were i have bought the game and exchange the game to another T3 copy !!! LOL !!! ROFL !!!
This laming women wanna steal my time with incompetent advices !
I have send this information (with the mail from atari germany) to a german gaming magazine... we will see what happens !

I still canīt believe it... :down:
