ok i see that the demo is out just wanted to know if the full will be out soon
or if im gonna be forced to buy another copy of unreal2 that has it built in
if thats the case HELL NO im not gonna spend what little cash i have to buy ANOTHER copy of unreal2 just to get XMP

It will work with your current copy of U2.
