I get this error "installation support file could not be installed, error loading type library/DLL" Using XP... what gives?

Possible solutions can be found here:
InstallShield Website (http://consumer.installshield.com)

Possibly could be getting that error because your not using the administrator account or you need to create a new admin account and install it from that one.
