I would like to gather a few opinions about how you would like to see the community in the future. From these opinions I would also like to gain ideas of what you think the community "needs", to be fullfilled by a fansite or equivalent.
If you don't understand what I mean, then basically I would like ideas from the current community for another fansite, which would be different from others in the fact that it doesn't concentrate on solely providing the "latest" files, but giving a larger insight into the game itself and it's third party files.
Still don't understand? Nevermind. :P

well, www.racing.edgegaming.com is a site made for mainly vehicle games and such. Perfectionist (R.E.G. Founder) does alot of moding, hopefully he will be able to mod Driv3r :), there is also a Driv3r forum set up there.
As for me, Im a video editor, I cant wait to record some stuff from Driv3r and make a few videos :D and when I do, you will be able to find them at www.racing.edgegaming.com

I have always liked to know the details of the production itself.
I am a big movie goer and gamer and it always interests me to know the details. Budget of the entire development plus what they put into advertising, making of features, not little ones in-depth with all the ups and downs. What challenges they had to over come. All the other things that they started on but just could not get implemented for some reason or another. Perhaps an interview from each leader of their area of development, go in-depth with what they did for the game and so forth. I like details and no one seems to supply them. I know they have to keep secrets form other companies but when a release is just around the corner, spill the beans.

Yeah, like on the Stuntman site how it had those little facts from the game, like driveable vehicles were made of 5000 polygons while non-drivable were made of 3000, and 36 of the 96 cars in the game were drivable. I'm not sure though if a fansite could get those details.
