Undercar Damage

Sorry if this has been answered somewhere before, but I looked and I can't find anything...

Will the things on the bottom of the card be damaged if it hits something, i.e. the exhaust pipe, the drive shafts, and also, if the wheels hit something sharp, will they get punctured, and will this affect the steering and things of the car? And, something important, like fuel tank, on the bottom of the car, or something like that, will the car blow up? I'd love to drive off a ramp and land and explode :D !!

Well, we know the tires can be popped, the sterring tires can fall off (and hopefully all tires, unlike Stuntman), and the pipes can fall off. I don't know anything about the gas tank though.

well if you watch it real close on one of the vids on Gamespot, you can see the exhaust pipes shake when this truck just about flips. Its good to see that much attention to detail.
