Well, since mine got deleted before I could check it again....I need help with "The Third Man". I don't wanna retype the whole story- essentially I do not have the sniper cannon it says to attach to my ship, even though I picked up the cargo he dropped and everything. But it's not in my inventory at base.

Also, the "Backdoor to Mwari" thing seems bugged- one transport survived, and I formated with it, and when we jumped through the L-Point Jarvis seems to think it was detroyed even though it wasn't, and then my framerate drops to about 0.2 per second, and I have to restart my computer.

Currently we are a bit "indisposed", please have some sympathy for our plight

Anyhow, all this sorta sounds like you didn't patch the game to version F14.6?

No, it is patched. I went back to the meeting point, and found the crate there. I went "Oh....I guess I left it..." docked with it, flew home...and bam! Once again it is NOT in the inventory. I betcha it magiclly teleported itself back to the metting point.

Do you have any mods activated?

There was one (the no_launch_sequence mod ?) that will prevent you from bringing cargo into the base personally.

Try having Jafs pick up the pod?

IIRC the cannon won't show in your inventory but you should be able to mount it via the ship loadouts screen.

There are often problems with dragging a pod home manually and still getting the goods. It's much more reliable to call in Jafs to pick it up for you.

And yes, it should appear in your inventory before you load it up.

Yeah, I'm using the no_load_sequence mod. That was the problem. Thanks.
