I'll vote for Star Control just because of the nice little space it takes up in my heart of hearts.

Star Control... I think I played that on an IBM PC Junior with CGA graphics and a 300 baud modem. Seriously.

I played it in an AT-80286 16Mhz 1Mb RAM VGA card and no sound card. It was great as it played digital with the PC speaker.

I still have a backup of the game on CD. The 4 original diskettes are covered by fungus due to humidity.
