I obtained a copy of UT for the Dreamcast recently. I have had the PS2 version for a whlie. Unbelivably...not to knock dc, DC VERSION OWNS PS2! PS2 looks like crap compared to the extremely well polished levels, superb sound, and stunning exclusive content. The only thing crappy is Dreamcasts' controller and default control scheme. Why couldn't they get either of them completely right. Especially PS2, I mean man..that was a launch title. I can imagine seeing the DC version and wondering why I'd want a PS2(dvd).

I'd like to see UT re-ported correctly for some console. I think it has its place . The sheer bulk of this game and it's agelessness make it very viable. UT deservises this a la Resident Evil...but probably wont happen

well said... I've played Crazy Taxi on Dreamcast then on PS2... DC version kicks butt.... it's a shame it's like that, but I won't knock PS2 as an overall system!

Guess you have never seen Border Down etc. on DC. A game from 2003, yes they still make new games for DC. Mostly ports of specific Sega Arcades and on demand ...

DC has always been better then PS2 ...
