I found the following item by searching on Yahoo:

"A historic leisure park ride damaged by fire will reopen within weeks, bosses at Blackpool Pleasure Beach said today.

The wooden Grand National rollercoaster, a family favourite since it opened in 1935, caught fire last night along with two other rides.

A spokeswoman for the Pleasure Beach said it was saved "thanks to the swift action of firefighters".

She said that damage was confined to the ride's queuing platform and did not spread to the rollercoaster itself."
