Server not showing it utbrowser

I have a server with VSK and one with The Factory. My VSK server does not show up in the UTBrowser, but my Factory server does. What can I do to solve this issue? I have the box checked to advertise server for both server and only one shows up

Do you use Browse filter ??
Because if your server is empty and you have:
Dont show empty servers
on it wont show your server!
