-Awsome graphics.

-You can upload your relays online and other people can download them (Main reason the Xbox version is better than the PS2 version)

-Survival mode is funny most of the time, cop cars come flying out of the sky right infront of me all the time and watching them go off jumps is hilarious.

2.u can kill anybody whenever u feel like it
3.Good Graphics
4.KooL CaRs
5.Lots of boats (in GTA it was F**KING HARD TO FIND BOATS)
