yeah i forgot to say why. the only reason i don't give it a ten is because of its minor glitches, but when u over look them the game is awesome

I would give it a 6 because of the poor car handling and physics (which arent as good as orignal Driver). I played them both recently so I know what I am talking about...

I give it a 9.1 think it has awsome physics and great handling. The glitches are only minor and they don't bother me. I don't know why people are complaining about them(I have PS2 version)I look right past them.

Off Topic: Halo 2 will win...for sure for the game of the year just like te first one . Halo 2 has two close rivals tis year Doom 3 and Half-Life 2.

I give DRIV3R a 9.6 . Its a stunning game. TAR is awsome and the shooting controls are really awsome with no Auto-Aim. The driving games kick @ss. Now even harder then before Survival Mode. The Quick Getaway Is also really really good!

10/10 , i love to drive in rainy weather at dawn, Turkey.I don't even need to buy expensive holiday air tickets to Turkey thanks to driv3r.

I'm rethinking my earlier score I gave it, now that I've had it longer and am slowly loosing interest, I give it a 7/10. I'm loosing interest to the point where I don't really care anymore if they scrap the Driver series. If me as a little kid came to the future, me would smack myself (old) for thinking this way, but guess I've grown out of very little actual gameplay games, ever since I've gotten into GTA. D3 is still fun at times.

All games will get boring sometimes, actually graphics like driv3r spoiled my gaming needs, the other title that i would only want to see is Getaway 2 which can atleast spare a believable physics and wonderful graphics like driv3r..

What I think about Driver 3 (PS2 ONLY)

Glitches?- I could care less as long as it didn't affect "Undercover Mode." Hey, when you play "Vice City" and Tommy gets glitched up and freezes the game about every couple of hours, you tend to forgive Driv3r. I've only seen maybe two glitches so far on PS2. XBox had several.

Framerate?- Not too good, but forgiveable when I remember how much I wore "Driver 2" out. Framerate drops drastically during "Survival Mode". Not cool and not fun

Graphics?- Better than "Stuntman" and defintely the best in it's genre. I'll take photorealism over cell-shading anyday.

On-Foot?- I don't understand what's wrong with it? It's perfect in my mind.....Well, except Tanner's jumping. At least he can jump though. Be happy for that!

Transportation?- Istanbul's vehicles didn't excite me much. Miami's is excellent. Many, many vehicles to choose from.

Cities?- Well, again...Instanbul should have been left out for San Francisco. :) I do enjoy the secret alleys though. Miami is the best city in the game IMO.

Sound?- I'm not too thrilled with how the music was looped (they did a poor job). I miss the old Driver 1 music. Reflections also reused some sound effects from Driver 1 & 2 which felt cheap.

Weapons?- I don't care as long as I can blow cars up. A rocketlauncher is desperately needed!

Vehicle Handling?- Perfect!

Storyline?- Needed an answering machine like the first one. Always fun.

This game is defintely better than 1 & 2 IMO, but I just wish it could have been finished. Hey, every game has its downs, so don't be too hard on this game. It's the perfect game to own IMO, but I have been following the series since the first Driver commercial broke on TV. Ever since I played Driver 1, I have been instantly addicted. Sure GTA can be fun in some ways, but where else can you smash a car to pieces, watch replays, have open environments, and actually put on a good show? Reflections worked their @sses off and we should be thanking them regardless of problems. After I have done a lot of thinking...........9/10. I was originally, before I purchased the game, giving it a 10/10, but it's not perfect.

Everything is improved from the first two - but it just doesn't seem to make it better overall (whatever the reason for that may be :weird: )

For that reason, I gave this game a 7.7 cuz the grenade launcher's a joke. (minus 1.0) :down: However, the graphics and gameplay are excellent. (minus 1.0) :up: Driv3r does get bored after a while...(minus 0.3)

Graphical glitches keep it from being all it could be along with the ho-hum missions. I wish that the chase missions werent so space sensitive or not sensitive at all, so the chases could go all over the city. The pop-up in sections is rediculous as well as the distance of draw-in for the cars. I like the idea surrounding this game but it is obvious to me it was a rush job to get it released in June by Atari because Reflections could have used more time to finish it up. Not that it wouldve helped the missions much. The game is good but never becomes great. It's saving grace is the director mode and the physics and damage models.

I wish they wouldve waited and released this around Christmas so that the extra layer of polish could have been put on. As it stands, it is passable, but not by much. Then again, Atari(I hate calling them that as it goes against what gaming stands for) is known for ho-hum games. Cough... ETM ......

I give it a 7.5. My reasoning for that is because the missions suck and are hard to finish sometimes. Also, there is no blood when u kill a person. There are other reasons, but i just don't feel like explaining them right now.

I'd give the game 9/10. Although after a while the glitches, frame-rate and pop-up got worse.....so maybe a 8.5/10.

And I was wondering....when did the US get the game? Im from the UK and Driv3r was official released on the 25th of June although many people got the game on the 17th.

Yeah, I thought they would've though up some new driving games in the past 4 years, I have, I posted them too (a while back), but apparently no one takes notice or they think gamers don't know what they want.

i would rate driv3r 9.5/10 because the only thing i thought should improve was the aiming,to jerky,but after awhile its fine...i find driv3r very fun,probably because i dont own it yet so my friends bring it over and i play all day, im not allowd to buy driv3r so im gettin a friend to get it for me in like august, i love the game and ive made some replays...(american guy) some are pretty funny, one where 1 cop is checkin out this girl and keeps smiling and scraching his head like hes embarresed, and the other cop just heads straight for the dohnut shop,pretty funny...
