Though Xelerator was pretty good, I really didn't like Knott's Berry Farm.

No contest: Williams Grove in Pennsylvania, a park so pathetic, even local teens working at area hotels didn't know where to find the park!

Being a small, independent park with one very unique (but poorly maintained) coaster, for a long time, I refrained from saying anything bad about this park, as I don't want to discourage people from visiting the Mom-and-Pop type parks. Some of them are very enjoyable. But, following an accident on their Paratrooper, where the owner of the park made some very inappropriate statements, I no longer feel so bad about putting down this park. I would really like to see it sold to someone who cares enough to give that unique coaster the type of treatment it deserves rather than letting it rot.

Just curious... Certainly, everyone's entitled to their own opinion... but what didn't you like about Knott's? It's actually one of my favorite parks (although Cedar Point is my favorite), and I like it better than any of the other California parks I've visited. (And I've been to all of the California parks with at least one adult coaster.)

Nice rides, dirty park...
they need to clean at least once a month, along with probably pressure washing the water park so it won't have it's green tinge.

Busch Gardens Tampa
Before anybody yells, let me explain. I'm talking about the old BG Tampa. This is when they only had python and scorpion as the coasters. With the additions over the past 10 years its one of the better coaster parks now.

It's good for ages 1-8, 40-death. But its sucks for teens, 20's,30's kinda people. It doesnt have a single thrill. Space Mountain looks cool, but it has no huuuuge drops or anything. The only good ride there is Splash Mountain, It's imposible to screw up a splahboats ride.

Disneyland Paris was the most dissapointing. I went there last year and the only rides that were worth repeat riding were Space Mountain & Rock 'n' Rollercoaster.

Bagautelle in France. A failed attempt to cross a theme park with a zoo. Neither area got the treatment it deserved. Camelot is more of a kiddies park though. It would be like going to Gullivers world and expecting it to contain an Intimin rocket coaster to be there. My favourite is still Alton Towers though, Its worth the entry for Nemisis alone. I even managed to get on the back row of Nemisis, Air and Corkscrew. If only Spinball Whizzer had been open.

£28.50???
I don't think Alton Towers is worth the entrance fee. They have the cheek to add £2 this season after getting rid of Bone Shaker, Vintage Car Ride, The Swans, the almighty Dynamo & now the 3D Cinema. An annual pass is much better for the price.
Don't get me wrong though, AT is still the best theme park in the UK, but not for long with the way that things are going.

Also, next season Cred Street & Ug Land will be closed off except for Corkscrew for future development.

anything in Oklahoma.....

Disney's Animal Kingdom (that wild mouse was fun though)

Epcot.... (okay for a few hours)

ummmmmmmmm

any water park, because i hate water rides, except for exceptionally good log rides like Dudley do Right... wow.... I got airtime down that drop, it was absolutely insane and totally took me by surprise...... and Splash Mountain (s)

Jurassic Park had a great drop too come to think of it.

The boneshaker is still there but aparently its populatity had faded since it moved to Ug Land. The dynamo is in and employee car park last time I walked past it. Besides if it came down to using the funds to operated the boneshaker or Spinball Whizzer I know which my vote would be for.

Yes, Dynamo & Bone Shaker are SBNO (stationery but not operating).

It's popularity faded because Ug Land isn't as good as X-Sector. If AT would only invest in Ug Land and not close down rides.

Forgot to mention that the halloween has been cancelled. No Terror of the Towers this year - that's cost cutting!!!

It only shows if you look at the recent visiting figures.

Well I got my driving license last year so I've been three times this year. I still love Nemesis as you can probebly tell from the avatar and I hope everything works out.

I hope everything works out too, but what AT need to do is to spend money to make money.

It looks like there might be some major development in 2006 - but we'll have to see.

That will be the new woodie apparently. If it doesn't get blocked again by the Alton Residents.

I don't think we'll see the woodie for a few years - (maybe 2008). This was said by John Wardley at the Nemesis X event earlier this year.

The 2006 development will probably be something to do with Ug Land & Cred Street not the valley/woodie area.

Dreamland Margate was the worst (closed down now because of bankrupsy). Rides always broken down. Some rides just suddenly disappeared from the park. Thanks goodness it has gone.

Ok the program as far as I was aware was.

2005 Rename Cred St, Jazz Land and install eithier a water coaster or a 3D ride like Spiderman

2006 Wooden Coaster (would go throught the Gardens).

Mind I'd hate to go against John Wardley here after all he does design the park.
