Texture problems w/ 2nd cd

You've heard of this problem before, and usually the answer is "Reinstall.", but I don't have my UT discs anymore.


I installed the game a long time ago, with both discs..

There are certain maps i can't play due to this.

CTF-Maelstrom being one of them.


I hear the problem is because of the 2nd disc and its textures.

How can i fix this problem w/o reinstalling? I know there's a way. What do I delete in other words.

you need to copy utcd1 textures overwriting the s3tc textures

in ut,go down to the wrench, its the s3 fix

sometimes some maps wont let you play if you have the 2nd cd installed even with the fix
