Question Regarding Collector's Edition

First hello, and second regarding the Collectors Edition will this be available in Europe or only America, because I was looking on many European sites and I could not find any, I looked on others and it only allows you to buy the Collectors Edition from America

If they don't do that theres no point in getting a collecters edition.

Shows what you know--you can preorder the Collectors Edition from like 5 different sites. You get bonus DBZ cards, a Broli action figure, a preview of DBZ: Evolutions (an upcoming RPG), and the making of Dragonball Z:Budokai 3.

Yep. I preordered it. Just found out about it to, in ShonenJump.
