Characters list and their possible baseline ki

Here I'm posting the character list and their possible baseline ki.

ATTENTION: this list is about the baseline ki and not the ki needed for transformations. Baseline ki is the big ki bars. When your ki is higher than the baseline, it will decrease, if it is lower than the baseline, it will increase.

first off goku has kaio ken to ssj 3 with the same ki baseline as budokai 2

kid gohans unlock potential is at three( as is krillen )

but where u mostly went wrong is with the ssj4
there are to ways to play ssj4 goku, twoy to be ssj4 vegeta, one way to be ssj4 gogeta.
the first way to be ssj4 w/ goku is to pick him. yes he is an original base character.
another is to be chibi gokuand to transform into him. chibi goku has forms 1-4.

with vegeta all u need is the ssj4 capsule and to transform into him. then again u could pick him because he is a base character 2

now gogeta is tricky. u have to pick the base characters of ssj4 goku and vegeta to be ssj4 gogeta. but if u pick regular goku and vegeta u will be just ssj gogeta.

the rest is either one ki gauge down or right so thanx for ur time.

the rest of ur list after base characters is wrong. fusions r infinite vegeto is 3........its all like budokai2. dont get upset cuz they didnt make that many major changes. its still gonna fly off the shelves.

The baseline ki are the big ki bars. When your ki is higher thant the baseline, your ki will decrease slowly, if your ki is below your baseline, your ki will increase slowly.

since when is ss4 goku accessable as a seperate character. that would be stupid. i would rather both kid and adult be able to become ss4 rather than ss4 be selectable on its own. i think that you're getting confused when you read the confirmed character lists.

I heard that Kid Goku is the one from Dragon Ball and not GT. Looking at the meristation pics, it looks to me that it's adult Goku that transforms into SSJ4. In the intro is adult goku that transforms in SSJ4 too, and not Kid Goku.

well, from those pictures we can see that goku it has abviously just used the ss4 capsule. also considering that one of the best things about the ps2 dbz games is that you can transform into the higher forms instead of them being selectable characters. im convinced that adult goku can be ss4 and that it is the only way to become ss4 goku. supposedly kid goku is from dragon ball and not from gt.

about SS4 Vegeta, It would be stupid if he transforms without the use of blood's waves. He better have a cutscene transformation because it wouldn't be cool if he goes SS2 then all of a sudden turns SS4 :down: .

I would think that both Vegeta and Goku would have cutscenes when going SSJ 4 but who knows. And as for Cell I hope they fix the voice for when he changes forms as well as Frieza because Freiza's voice in his 3rd form sounds crazy.

Cutscene's for SSj. 4? please no!!! Do the shell thing like they did for cooler.

btw I hope tranformations are a built in char trait ability, like throws, that you can just do and that all you need to get them is go through the story mode and build up character strength. Maybe make 1 capsule that just includes the ability to transform, but PLEASE don't make all the forms into capsules, I'm sick of characters that are sooo weighted down with transformation capsules that just simply can't do anything else with, I'd personally be happier if they did away with the whole capsule system all together and then just have it be done as said before, with combos and combinations already built in that you can discover, that'd be sweet!

I highly doubt that they would have cutscenes for SSJ4 maybe in Dragon Universe when Goku goes SSJ-SSJ4.

I've been correcting my list of baseline ki, for the ones that are interested....
For the ones that don't know what baseline ki is, I'm going to explain now.
A character has 7 ki bars, normal character like Goku, krillin and much others start with a baseline ki of 3, in other words, their ki bars looks like this:

They have 3 big bars and 4 little ones. The baseline ki is the number of big bars.
When a character has a baseline ki of 3 (|||llll) when their ki is higher than 3, their ki starts decreasing, when their ki is lower than 3, their ki starts increasing.
When a character has a baseline ki of 4 (||||lll) when their ki is higher than 4, their ki starts decreasing, when their ki is lower than 4, their ki starts increasing.
When a character has a baseline ki of 5 (|||||ll) when their ki is higher than 5, their ki starts decreasing, when their ki is lower than 5, their ki starts increasing.
When a character has a baseline ki of 6 (||||||l) when their ki is higher than 6, their ki starts decreasing, when their ki is lower than 6, their ki starts increasing.
When a character has a baseline ki of 7 (|||||||), their ki is allways increasing, it only decreases when they use attacks that waste ki.

When a character transforms, his baseline ki increases (see my first post, it has there how much is the baseline ki for characters and transformations, the ones that have «» are not confirmed)

I hope that this helps the ones that don't know what baseline ki is.

However it does turn out that your call on omega was wrong, he has 6, and so then Syn would have.... I don't know...:bulb:

But you can tell from the pics I posted in my previous post that omega shenron only has 6 and not 7... unless they goofed his artwork...:confused: Syn is the one with the ball on his head and Omega is the one with all the balls on his chest, ofcourse if they drew him wrong then it won't matter huh?:bulb:

yeah there are supposed to be 2 more surprise characters... watch one them being a tagg team with Jeice and Burter, lol, phht who needs Guldo.

But yeah I REALLY want one of the 2 extra chars to be Janemba...
