Locomotion LAN problems

When i try to play locomotion on MP over the LAN, it just says cannot connect to host.

I have ZoneAlarm Pro, Locomotion has rights to use MP and still not working, tried to get help from Zonealarm but no luck in fixing it, anyone else having the same problem?

I had the same problem at first. Both computers must be on the same network.

I play on LAN at uni and some of us play on the LAN line and some on Wireless. We had to have both on the LAN line to play.

Try making sure that your network connection is not protected by a firewall, in windows (I'm assuming you are using that).

Also this may not matter but try anyway. Open up a server to host and then connect the other player.

Hope some of them work. If all else fails install the latest directx and make sure you are not using the same key.

It doesn't work with LAN here either. tried everything.

I can't connect to host either, but how can I know do I have a firewall??
