cooler's spaceship is a capsule, kinda like how frieza's worked in budokai 2, its real *****in, and 34 was wut level im at, yet, even at the hardest level, its still kinda time consumin 2 level, its much more effective for a dragon universe characters

As you can see from my sig I have a new updated form of Piccolo, but if you still want to use my Level 21 Piccolo and the password doesn't sem to be working right, try changing the third segment from "#tmicG" to "#+micG". I think I made a mistake transcribing the password. BTW, has anyone noticed that your password changes everytime you check it, even if you haven't changed the character?

Err... lemme see... How can I put this... As far as I know, you don't. But you share your Character Password with other ppl so they can take on your Creation of that character, How you build your character and what capsules you equip that guy/gal with is also recorded on the password. If this kinda helps you, good. You can only enter passwords in the Dragon Arena though so be aware of that. To enter one, just switch from the Com. Generated Characters to the Empty list(Will get full with more Passwords entered). Get stuck on how to switch the list, hit Select as any1 who's confused, puzzled, & Perplexed would get. Enter it again to find out how to enter the password unless you find out on your own. =P

For one thing, Make sure your typing them in right. The Uub 1 doesn't work either. Second off, to ensure that they work, use them yourself. Yes you can actually do this. I've don't it plenty of times to see how I do aganst my own creations. =)

Hi all to those new to the character building here are some tips. :up:

1: Use few transformations if any. The more you have for example goku they slow down how fast he reacts. He will concentrate mostly on powering up and changing forms. The fewer he has the more aggressive he gets. This holds true for all characters.

2: Have a good amount of points set on ki. Ki lowers how much energy it takes to do moves. The lower the energy cost the more that can be done without powerup again.
The capsules meditation for goku or concentration for everyone works great to make up a lack in ki points.

3: Ability this is a joke power unless your soul purpose is to have a char that will definitely use items. This ability is useless.

4: To really stand a chance you'll need at least 15 on com. This is the point where your character seems to have sense in battle. Stuff like not running into a finalshine attack or taking attack after attack without warping behind. From what I have observed the higher the Com the quicker the computer responds and it uses moves more effectively.

5: Finally instead of picking just your favorite character fight on the hardest lv Z3 or if too much for you the easiest level and see who is the most problematic character to beat. Unfortunately not all the AI in the game are equal. Some are far more aggressive like kid Buu and chibi (little) goku. If you still want to do your favorite then I suggest you watch how they fight some like to fight straight up some like to use the dragon rush and a lot of them love to use beam attacks and ki blast. So build them to how they fight. So say if your doing Vegeta well he is a good physical fighter but he lacks good defensive skills. He loves to attack with his Gallic gun or final shine. He's also all right in setting up the bigbang attack and sometimes and get out a final flash. From this I would give him more guard then attack or Max both. Full com to make him fighting effective and a good set of ki and arts.

As far as I know for Goku, you can only get the Capsule by getting Omega Shenron's Capsule. In the process of getting Omega Shenron, you'll get the SS4 Gogeta before you fight Omega Shenron. As for Vegeta, I don't know yet. Haven't gotten it. But how to get Omega Shenron's Capsule you'll have to look up online. Try gamefaqs. The most likely source to find out where to get all the characters. =P

Well i got budikai 3 2 weeks ago so far i have my Level 18 Goku at Super Sayain 3, but you might not get much out of him though expect probably a strong spirt bomb or something like that. i'll help you kakkorot333, you get a password by beating a strong guy like cell, frieza, etc... and then you get expirence points and you can customize your charecter. Then it gives you a password so you can access your charecter later. Hope this helps kakkorot.

A better way to chec his password than that is to simply select him on the character selection menu inside either DU or DA, then hit start, this will give you any characters password at any time, so don't fret, also it'll give you a different pass each time which is odd...:bulb:

if you raise the lv it'll be a little harder. i fought him w/ my lv 15 goku(i just started too). it was a challenge until i was ssj4. so u just need to get ssj4 vegeta.

P.S. to get ssj4 vegeta, get all the dragonballs (w/ vegeta) and wish for breakthrough.

The captital I's could be lower case L (l), so try that if it doesn't work.

i suggest you use this combo to beat the hardest foes. Just make sure you stay away as much as possible to keep you from getting beaten up.

That's interesting, because when I played against Gohan Jr., I dominated him without even trying, really. I never use the viral heart disease-vaccine combination. It makes the already way-too-easy fights even easier.

When I pitted my Super Vegeta up against that Gohan Jr. in COM vs. COM, Gohan Jr. also got whooped.

You're welcome. I think your main problem is that he's too balanced (I know that sounds weird.) Ability just isn't all that useful. Neither is arts. There's no rule that says you have to put points in every attribute, you know...

I think Dark Maltos would disagree. Infact he seems to feel about Guard the same as my older bro.does. If you tryed one of his, you'd noticed he maxed out his abilitys and the two Broly passwords I have makes me wonder if all those who've raised Broly prefure high arts?

My most balanced chars. don't fair well either. They'd be my T.Gohans, Gt.S. and Krillin. However for a better fighter check out my Cooler and even my Raditz! :cool:

I have a Teen Gohan where I maxed out his Ability and Ki, and gave him Meditition, and I saw little differerence between that and 0 ability.

Arts, however, I don't think is completely worthless. It sometimes annoys me to watch the computer players fight each other, though...they make so many mistakes!

This is my most balanced character...and even he isn't very balanced. No ability!
