I'll probably test Bardock later tonight. if you ever decide to put an ability attack on, you better use turtle shell other wise forget about even having a chance at winning. against a Kid Buu or an Omega, you're kinda screwed either way. I have 2 or 3 setups for each of my guys, one or two without abilities and one or two with some on.

I know, they all say that to me, if i use a red capsule its usally a transformation that yeilds more than a 10% increase in power such as Legendary Super Saiyan or Final Form, or a forward and circle button death move, otherwise I use green capsules.

What i dont understand is why these are all so great. Buffing out your COM ability that is. I mean sure, that means others can play against it now ... but to my knowledge you cant BE one of those characters. Like i cant be your 99 Kid Buu or something. Right? And then u waste 20 levels buffing COM stat. Which doesn't help ... cuz I still beat them with my level 66 Vegeta... I'm not saying your characters are bad, I am sure they're great when you play them. But a computer just cant contol a fighter as well as a human who's worked with it for weeks on end. In my opinion atleast.

When you have a Tournament or League your suppose to only have Com vs. Com and having a high Com level raises the A.I. or difficulty of the fighter, so having 19 or 20 on Com increase your chances. I'm sure you would have learned that quick enough by entering a char. in someone's tournament. :cool:

It just means that the computer used my skills to its fullest, which i understand a 20 computer would do... Why don't people control their own character in a tournament? It like going to a chess game and watching two computers play. Or a football game and watching basketball players take a crack at it. I would rather prove my ability than watch a computer play... I mean, its only luck if 99 Vegeta goes against 99 Goku and they both have breakthroughs on and both have same stats capped, right? (they are controlled by the computer). I've seen this question adressed before & I'll answer it the way others have. That would be considered cheating. Players are better than coms. so it doesn't count for anything. You know if your char. is strong if it could hold it's ground against others on it's own. Also, you have to tell me you haven't had the game long if you haven't discovered that the built in a.i. systems are better in some chars. than in others. In other words, if Goku & V. had everything the same it wouldn't be luck that desides which won. If held in the Hyperbolic time chamber each result would in the same & the same should go for destroyed stages, Cell's Ring & the RR Army Base. Even though I like Goku over V., I can not denie they made V. a more aggressive fighter & if done right, he should win everytime. The same goes for S.Buu over K.Buu, C.J. over almost everybody & many other examples I can give you. An " Easter Egg " or special treat given to the fans is when you place an exploding Saibaman against Yamcha, it won't matter how you raised them because it'll only take 1 to connect with Yamcha for an instant win. Unless there was only the 1 left & than it's a draw.

That's easy enogh to answer. Equip them with We Gotta Power!!!! and not only will that increase the amount of exp. earned it will could be increased further by having more abillity. The tip doesn't end there. When your in the Dragon Arena and you could start facing level 99 opponents than back into the edge of the world martial arts arena when fighting Hercule over and over again then get prepared to charge up. That should draw him in half the time and you'll have to teleport at the last moment in order to knock him out of the ring. Doing this to him or Videl should get you leveling up quicker than before.:up:

It took me a year but I finally got Piccolo up to level 99. I could have done it sooner, but the real world got in the way. I know there are cheap ways to raise your character, but I prefer to raise characters with style. Or least, I did feel that way until jumped the last nine levels with the bonus levle ups on Namek. For those who may not know what I'm talking about, when Piccolo first arrives on Namek, go visit Guru(northwest, single tall columnar mountain) and he'll raise your level by one, and you can also go to the namek village(southwest) and Piccolo will be so enraged he'll jump two whole levels. After getting my turban smashed by Super Buu and Android 17 too many times to count, this cheat started looking good to me.

Unfortunately, I'm now disenchanted with the tournaments I was training for now that I know we don't get to play, just set up com v com matches. My character only has com 13 and I decided not to just go with the breakthrough (though I have acquired it, I just don't equip it) and now I'm inclined to believe my Piccolo will not likely win a tournament. If anyone disagrees, use my password, see how he fairs and let me know how tough he is on his own. Seriously, I just got him up today, I want to know what other players think. PLEASE USE MY PICCOLO!

I have seen dragon rushs do more than that.
1 1/2 bars = 1,500 and I have seen dr's = over 1,900.
Almost a year ago somebody posted that a well raised Cooler w/max arts could do over 2,000 dmg. with his beam atck. and I think that was w/out a punch combo done before hand.

Here's a tip. Broly shouldn't transform. Your Rad. should end up better than Broly, if you do give Brolly his legendary form. If done correctly, your Vegeta should be secound only to your O.S. and raising C.J. would give you another top fighter. By the way, how would you like to join the HKR?

I've had that trouble before, with chars. I got from others. I think if you can select a char. from 1p vs. com and not com vs. com, than you'll have to make a manuel save from the options.:cool:
