Actually it looks somewhat like Pikkon if you save the image and enlarge it using Windows paint or something like that. It almost looks like Pikkon's headress and a long sleeve reddish shirt. I do agree with Broly being punched by him, but that looks nothing like Goku doing the punching.

Well it did kinda look like Pikon there, but that's prolly cuz of the crappy res. oh well.:noob:
