Crashes Help Me!!!!

crash probs with demo. i meet all req. to play. loads lets me play about 5 to 10 min then get acess violation (C0000005 ) 1b:bed1cd6c trapped at. some one please help i've preordered the game and hope it works unlike demo. i've updated everything video... ect...but usin xp prof. ?????

I get the same thing happening on the full version that I just got today. The exact error message is listed below. Anyone out there with some input would be appreciated.

Almost done beating first level/tutorial where australians come to help and I crashed with this popup:
