Siarra Springs has just had an update!!!

there will be 15 coasters.

a firework show for each section (playing different months!)

A new section to take place of oaisis...Scare zone!!!!

Progress 15% done.....Might have to move due date...

Funny.... Nowhere in that forum does it say that it's only for rct2....

Could be that it was created during rct2 and that's what people put in there?

The little organized sub-option list reads "Atari Forums > Games > RollerCoaster Tycoon Games > User-Created Rides, Parks and Scenarios" and seeing as how this is a Rollceroaster Tycoon game I'd say it's a good place to put parks, just noone has (I guess, like me, people don't know about it).
