I have a fondness for Dreamland, and Luna Parks of old Coney Island. One of the mainstays of both parks were towers that lit up the night skies over Coney. I have tried to recreate one of the towers in my present park.

Hey! Glad to see someone else heard of these parks. They were before our time, but when I see them on film, I wish I was part of the era (just for the parks, though :haha:
). I was born in Brooklyn, a few train stops from Coney Island and know it inside out. Nice work there! The lit tower is stunning.
Steeplechase might be do-able with the glass scenery we have now - too bad very few of those rides can be reproduced in RCT3.

Just a slight hint. I had to download 9 images to access your image. ImageShack.us has 3. Do try it.

Thanks for compliment Pumper. Yeah, I would have loved to visit Coney Island in its heyday. If you did try to recreate it, it would have to be the modern version of it.
I did do, or tried to do, a recreation of those parks in one of my RCT2 parks. If you look at the rest of my photos at webshots under Willow Creek, they would be there. I did an entire story about Willow Creek and if you are interested in reading it just head over to WWW.1890andbeyond.com. Its in the forums->Regular Parks->RCT2 Parks->The willow Creek Project.
