Hey guys! (I'm not sure why this works one minute and not the nest. I'm working on it.... Sigh....

Here's another download of "Escape from Pirate Cove" for those of you that haven't seen it yet.

Keep in mind that this was made MANY months ago before we were even aware for the flying sequence editor.

Hope you enjoy it, and feedback in always appreciated!


It's a nearly 7 min log ride that puts you in the middle of a Pirate Ship Battle!

I know. It's amazing! It outta hit 600 hits soon! That doesn't even include the 7.5 gigs worth of downloads I went thru on the first day (before moving it to your site)!

Everyone seems very happy with it, especially the big pyrotechnic pirate ship battle! Most seem to comment on that.

I'm still working on it, and making adjustments to make it even better.

Even tho it's the only thing in my park, I do plan to release the park eventually. That way all you guys can really look around.

I think it's only 6.37.

Unfortunately I enjoy the ride, however the peeps feel it's too long. lol. But they still ride it!

Oh well.... made the ride to make myself happy, not the peeps! :haha:

I made this back with the electronic version of the game and before the patch.

Not that it would have made a difference... cuz I didn't even *think* of that. I'm sure that would work great! I should do that, but I've been busy getting my adventure game park ready for this Saturdays big contest! :D (check other threads for info)

Sorry, that's because the site the hosted my vids for me, went down the tubes!

I just tried uploading to a new site, only to discover that until Jan 1st. they will longer accept files over 16 mb. Since my ride is long one 6.45 mins, the only way I could upload it is withreally really poor quality!

I've added music etc... now too.

I guess I can add the higher quality ones after the 1st, unless someone else knows of a site that allows HUGE files?

Actually... it's not continuous, but it is rather long.

I made it just like you'd make any other firework display, but I made it about 10 hours long!

I LOVED IT!!!! That was incredible! My favorite part had to be the music. I loved the "Yo ho yo ho a parrot's life for me SQWAK!!" That ride is my favorite. The only thing that would be really cool is if you could have the cannon fire (fireworks) go off all day and night. But good timing and good job in picking the right boat to get on

For those of you that may have seen the original version of this ride, please ride it again, and let me know what you think of the music.

You see... the reason I even did this over was to learn how to attach the music and work with the timeline etc.... I have the older version of Windows Movie Maker and had trouble removing small portions of sound. It would take fairly large chucks making it hard to end a song right where I wanted to.

What do you guys think?

Actually... you don't need the game to view the videos. All you need is Windows Media Player, or any other software that allows you to view wmv files.

Please keep in mind that this is an OLD contest park and was made just for that reason. The park itself is nothing special, but it does contain a few fun rides like; Pirate Cove, A Haunted House and an Indoor Woody called Reckless!

Once that happens you usually have to wait for the time to run out before the download becomes available. About 120 secs.

WOW! You must really have dug back far to find this one. I made this over a year ago. I must admit... it was a great video for "it's time". Unfortunately when my laptop died, I lost everything. I was never able to get my laptop fixed even tho they claimed it was a bad soldering job. They wanted $1100 to fix it (the cost of a refurbished motherboard). NO WAY! I'll never buy from Sony EVER again! I remember having a long conversation with Vodin about this and he gave great advice, but no one from Sony would do a dang thing!

I sure wish there was someone that saved this video and still has it. Maybe someone like BitterJeweler or Vodin has it?????

If anyone still has a copy of this video, could you please upload it to RapidShare or some other free service. I'd love to download it so I can keep a copy for myself. Can anyone help?
